前者は Data Centerのインフラを Tier (I,II,III and IV) に分類しています。

Tier II: Basic Redundant

Tier IV: Fault Tolerant
        Withstand a Single, Unplanned Event, e.g., Fire, Exposition, Leak

後者は、オペレーション系について、Gold, Silver, Bronzeに分類しています。

例えば、
「ここは、Uptimeによって Tier IV Goldの Data Centerと認められています」
となります。
