  " announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement
   to purchase the Engenio external storage systems business of LSI
   Corporation (NYSE: LSI), a publicly held company headquartered
   in Milpitas, California, in an all-cash transaction for $480
   million. The close is anticipated to occur in approximately 60
   days subject to customary closing conditions."

  "today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to sell
   its external storage systems business to NetApp, Inc. (NASDAQ: NTAP)
   for $480 million in cash. The company also announced today that its
